DVON GROUP was founded in 2013 by Baron Dieter von Schneider, drawing from his vast experience and network in London’s financial sector. With a background in trading, investment banking, and serving on multiple corporate boards, Dieter brought a fresh approach to mergers, acquisitions, and scaling businesses, coupled with the ability to secure and execute high-impact projects.

While orchestrating IPOs and M&A deals, Dieter saw how strategic acquisitions and mergers, often combined with tech advancements, fueled massive growth. These insights inspired him to transition into entrepreneurship, launching successful start-ups that he later exited or retained equity in, continuing to advise at the C-suite level.

Today, DVON GROUP continues this legacy by acquiring businesses that complement its portfolio, driving international growth and fostering innovation.
